P.M." framed handstamp on folded cover with red "Bogotá, Franca." oval postmark and matching "1" rating handstamp, ms. "$" adjacent, addressed to New York City, reverse with additional red "3" handstamp and ms. "$" adjacent, docketed "Deposited in the Post Office of Bogota New Granada the twenty third day June 1856 by me P Wilson Commissioner"; refolded slightly, Very Fine and unusual inbound New York carrier use from Colombia.
