1888, 90¢ purple, used with 10¢ brown (209) pair and 30¢ orange brown (217) pair, each cancelled by bold strikes of "New York, Reg" ovals, matching New York 1889 oval postmark on blue piece of large registered envelope from the Gwinner correspondence to Germany, Very Fine and colorful, the 90¢ is very rare on cover (catalogues $10,000.00).
