Chile, 1855, Columbus, 5c brown red on blued, watermark c, large margins to just in at top, cancelled by grid on folded cover datelined May 22, 1859 to Santo, postmarked "S. Bernardo" & matching "Franca" handstamp, charged 10 centavos on arrival as the 5c is insufficiently franked, Very Fine, thought to be the only Colon Imperforate cover with the "S. Bernardo" & "Franca" pre-adhesive postmarks.
