(London) 1908, sterling stamp box, inkwell and semi-circular calendar combination (132x120mm), four inset window lid in front displaying stamp, hinged opening to four concave compartments, circular hinged lid at center opening to inkwell compartment with pen rest brackets at sides, calendar headboard with rotating days and bracket at bottom for month cards, very fine and rare.

Worldwide, Silver Desk Set, William Neale (Chester) 1900, sterling stamp box and inkwell combination (143x79mm), box form on roped bordered tray with railings on three sides, central inkwell with hinged lid, stamp boxes at sides with inset windowed lids displaying stamps, hinged front opening with single gold wash concave compartments, very fine and rare.

Matthews (Birmingham) 1909, sterling stamp box, inkwell and calendar combination (90x104mm), front hinged pull down lid with engraved "Stamps" in script, three side out compartments on reverse of lid, central hinged "Ink" lid front opening revealing two glass inkwells, calendar with celluloid pull out tabs for month and rotating mechanical pull down tabs at sides for the day, very attractive.
Estimate    $400 - 600.
