Folded letter datelined "Upolu, Samoa, 20th June '45", sent via Sydney with red oval "Paid Ship Letter Sydney" handstamp & manuscript "8" ship rate, lengthy letter with fascinating contents, backstamped with "Glasgow 25 Fe 1846" handstamp (8 months after the letter was written), some slight soiling, also second folded letter datelined "Malua, Upolu, Samoa, June 15, '69", to London sent via Sydney where New South Wales adhesive was cancelled by Sydney duplex, adhesive has been subsequently removed, Very Fine.
