Fresh bright colors, on on small clean 1862 cover to Paris, France, all neatly tied by a pair of "Slatersville, R.I." cds's, red "Boston/Paid/12" exchange and red French entry cds's, Paris receiving backstamp, stamps with bright vivid colors, 10¢ with small tear at right, still Extremely Fine, a choice three color franking; with 2003 P.F. certificate.
