Two line postmark (Williams SAC-2470) on stampless folded letter sheet with small matching "Paid 40" rate handstamp, to High Creek, Mo., partial red Paris, Mo., Jan 26 cds; cover wear and light soiling, Fine, still a wonderful strike of this very rare first handstamp postmark of Sacramento. Estimate $1,000 - 1,500.
