Feb 28 1911" wavy flag machine cancel prepaying the letter rate to Washington, D.C., arrival backstamp the next day on March 1st, this not being a leap year; stamps lifted and hinged in place to confirm identification, Very Fine and attractive use, booklet pane stamps are much more difficult to find and date, ex-Alpha; with 2004 A.P.S. certificate.
