United States Collection, 1847-1966, mint collection housed in two Poole albums with a high degree of completion; starting with 1847, 5¢ red brown (trace of o.g.), 1851 issue with o.g. 1¢ & 3¢ (#7 & 11), basic 1857 denominations represented less the 30¢ value, 1861-66 issues with mid-value and 24¢-30¢ issues, basic grills including 12¢-15¢ F. grills, 1869 Pictorial to the 30¢ (missing #118), Banknotes (no grills) mostly complete to mid and higher values, complete 1880-90 Banknote issues, complete Columbian issues, small bureaus with completion up to the dollar values, complete Trans-Miss issues, Pan-Am's complete, 1902 definitives complete, Louisiana & Jamestown complete, strong basic Wash-Frank completion (no coils) with better issues present, Pan-Pac issues complete, completion in 4th Bureaus including Kans-Nebr sets, W.P. souvenir sheet, etc., back-of-the-book issues including complete airmails including Zepps, complete special deliveries, parcel post complete, etc.; condition a little varied mostly in early material with bright fresh issues throughout, a lovely mint collection well worth careful evaluation.
