1890, 4¢ dark brown, o.g., never hinged, precision centering amid large evenly balanced margin all around, rich vivid color on bright paper, Extremely Fine to Superb, an outstanding never hinged example of the 1890 4¢ Small Banknote issue, only six examples have been awarded this grade with only one example higher; with 2007 and 2012 P.S.E. certificates, both Graded (XF-Sup 95, SMQ $2,500).
