(Lanai) Lanai, Nov 21, manuscript postmark with date (803, 1RRRR) on 1864, 2¢ rose vermilion on 1867 folded letter to Honolulu, stamp additionally canceled by pencil and cover endorsed "Pr "Halawa" with 4 bales wool", letter from Lanai postmaster Walter M. Gibson regarding shipment…I am sorry that I could not ship it sooner, but this is the first opportunity I have had in six weeks. The "Halawa" agrees to come now regularly to my landing so that I hope to have better facilities in future for shipping produce.; some light toning, Very Fine.
