Hafslocher, Honolulu, Oahu" and "Free" rating at top right, endorsed "Box 124, Post Office, R.C. Wyllie" at bottom; some edge wear, Very Fine.

Robert Crichton Wyllie (1798-1865) was a Scottish physician and businessman who served two decades as Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom of Hawaii.
