1859, 1¢ Light Blue on Bluish White, plate 2-A, type III, position 1, without gum, ample to large margins, thins and repair hole and tear at upper right with small portion of inner line drawn in, Very Fine appearance, still an attractive example of this rare Numeral issue; with 1999 H.P.S. certificate noting stamp could be used.
