(Plate Reconstructions) 3¢ dull red, type IV, Plate 11 Reconstructions of Early, Intermediate and Late states, total of 133 mostly used stamps from all three states of the plate, Early: 49 stamps, Intermediate: 36 stamps and Late: 48 stamps, some better positions present including double transfer of rosettes and lower part of stamp (91R11L), Damaged transfer above lower left rosette retouched (10R11i, 10R11L) and Left frame line double (70R1E, 90R1E, 100R1E, 70R1i, 80R1i, 90R1i, 80R1L, 90R1L, 100R1L), etc.; some mixed condition as usual for plating studies, F.-V.F.

The better positions noted in the description have been included in the catalog value, but other better varieties and positions (double transfers, damaged transfers, retouched, inner line recut at right, etc.) have not be taken into account. There are 10 pen cancelled examples that are valued as such.
