1861, 30¢ orange, used with 5¢ brown (76), nat. s.e., tied by fancy New York circle of wedges cancels on orange cover to Eichelsachsen, Germany, matching "New York, Registered, Dec 8, 1867" rimless datestamp and red crayon "24" cent credit rating, endorsed "Pr Bremen Steamer", blue Bremen (12.17.67) backstamp and large red crayon "2", purple fancy "Recomandirt." framed handstamp and red crayon "4" rating; soiling and some edge wear with wrinkle, F.-V.F., a scarce transatlantic registered use to Germany by Bremen mails, ex-Landau.
