1929 San Juan - Paramaribo First Flight, purple cachet handstamp on southbound St. Thomas cover, franked with Airmail 10¢ Lindbergh tied by "San Juan P.R., Sep 22, 1929" slogan machine postmark, signed by pilot Charles A. Lindbergh at upper left, receiving postmark on reverse, Very Fine and choice. AAMC No. F6-15.

The extension of FAM 6 from San Juan to Paramaribo was not only a significant step in the expansion of air mail service, but a festive occasion as Lindbergh married a few months earlier and was accompanied by Mrs. Lindbergh on the fight.
