A REMARKABLE MULTIPLE CONTAINING THE RARE 20¢ FOREIGN EXCHANGE ON SILK PAPER.
This block was discussed in the American Revenuer (Vol. 64, No. 2) in 2011 by Michael Mahler who feels that this multiple should be considered entirely on silk paper with some of the stamp not showing fibers. Stamps not showing fibers does not preclude them from being silk paper stamps.
