1903, 15¢ Olive Green, o.g., never hinged, exceptional centering within uncommonly large and well balanced margins, intensely rich color on bright fresh paper, an Extremely Fine to Superb jumbo, the only example to receive this jumbo grade with only three examples higher (all 98); with 2000 & 2010 P.F. and 2004 P.S.E. certificates, the latter Graded (XF-Sup 95J, SMQ $5,200).
