Pkt. '5Cts.' Nov 7" exchange office cds; light file fold along top, Very Fine, ex-Lichtenstein,Halifax, Koh, Wilkinson; with 1971 B.P.A. certificate.

A REMARKABLE NOVA SCOTIA CROSS BORDER COVER TO THE UNITED STATES PREPAID AT THE 8D RATE.
