Jarvis with "Prince Edwards Island" circular handstamp with manuscript "12 Nov 44" dating and matching "4½" d cy. rating, "Pictou * N.S." star transit and "1/4" 1s4d cy. rating totalled to "1/4½" due from addressee; couple small edge tears, F.-V.F., The port to port charge (4½d cy.) was usually only applied in the summer.
