Blankley to his son, carried privately to Lisboa, then by Packet to Falmouth with green "Lisbon, F, Aug 20 1810" rimless cds and manuscript "3/11" rating, rerated "5/-", then carried transatlantic by Lady Hobart from Falmouth Sep. 19th to Halifax arriving Oct. 29th; some faults and aging, Fine, ex-Steinhart. H.S. Blankley Jr. was reported to be a spy for Wellington, receiving the Waterloo medal. This letter was rated 3s11d from Portugal to Falmouth, then 1s1d added for the packet rate to Halifax.
