Service" framed handstamp and manuscript "36" cents debit to the U.S., carried on Allan Line Canadian II from Liverpool May 10th to Quebec arriving May 20th, "Portland Me '42' 22 May" debit exchange cds, for the 36 cents debit from France plus double U.S. inland, Very Fine and scarce origin from beyond France under the 1857 Treaty handled by the Portland exchange office, ex-Arthur White.
