Newspaper, 1865, 5¢ dark blue, without gum as issued, exceptional centering with evenly balanced margins around, deep fresh color on bright paper, Extremely Fine, one of only three examples to grade as such with only one higher; with 2007 P.F. and 2008 P.S.E.
