Mexico, 1856, First Issue, 1r yellow, Mazatlan, large margins, tied by mute "0" handstamp with large dot in center (Schatzkes 751 var.) on cover front from Concordia to Mazatlan, F.-V.F., it appears that the mute "0" handstamp of Concordia developed a large dot and inner notch in the device (see Scott 8c usage for similar strike).
