1861-66 (1875 Re-issue), 15¢ black, without gum, perfectly centered amid large margins, intensely rich color enhancing a proof-like impression, Extremely Fine to Superb, a spectacular gem; with 1986 P.F. and 2017 P.S.E. certificates, the latter Graded (XF-Sup 95, SMQ $5,000), this is one of four no gum examples with none graded higher in any condition.
