Falcon", franked with 1¢ Jefferson pair + 6¢ Apollo 8 (1278+1371) tied by "Kennedy Space Center, Fl., Jul 26, 1971" launch date postmark, additionally franked with 8¢ Space Achievement setenant pair (1435b) tied by "U.S.S. Okinawa (LPH-3), Aug 7, 1971" return postmark, signed by each astronaut David Scott, Al Worden and James Irwin, Very Fine; with 1983 notarized affidavit signed by Scott, Worden and Irwin.
