Mexico, 1864-66, Eagle issue, San Luis Potosi, 4th Period - incredible lot of 61 stamps bearing sub-numbers, nearly all different except for a mint ½r 10-1866 sub 11 (MEPSI cert), all are used from 16 different sub-offices, these include Cedral, Espiritu Santo, Guadalcazar, Jaral, Mazapil, Moctezuma, Santa Maria del Rio, Villa de San Francisco to name those which are probably scarcest, though even the more frequently seen towns have their rarities as well; occasional fault, mostly F.-V.F., it might not be possible to duplicate this lot in a lifetime.
