(80J), #F1 +2¢ tied by Shanghai oval on piece, other issues somewhat sparse with some good mint, including Possessions; condition mixed mostly confined to earlier issues, accompanied by 6 P.S.E. certs, owner's 2015 Scott catalog $31,776.
