Aug. 17" cds to Philadelphia, readdressed to Attorney General William Meredith at Harrisburgh, Very Fine and scarce early combination use, This is the earliest known use of the 3¢ 1861 Issue out of Philadelphia, ex-Ammonette; with 1975 and 2002 P.F. certificates.
