Guntworth 4 Dec. 1814", red "PHI 4 DE" cds with manuscript "8" cent rate for less than 40 miles to Germantown, Very Fine, a choice blockade-run cover handled by a Philadelphia forwarder, ex-Walske.Estimate $1,000 - 1,500.
