Ecuador, 1866, 4r dull rose, margins large to touching, neatly tied by sharp "Quito, Franca, 21 Julio, 66" cds on double rate cover to the Chilean Plenipotentiary Minister in Lima, Peru, reverse with "Lima, 31 Jul, 66" receiving cds and sealing wax with impression of the "Legacion De Chile", Very Fine and choice, ex-Lund; with 2013 Moorhouse certificate.
