Victoria, 1859, Queen Victoria, 1sh blue, horizontal strip of three, positions 35-37, position 35 showing retouch & creased transfer in right portion of value tablet, in combination with 1858, 6d deep blue on registered cover to Biasca, Switzerland, all tied by "25" in circular bar handstamps, reverse with "Hepburn, Victoria, Oc 22, 1859" oval origin date stamp, with red G.B. crown "Registered" handstamp, manuscript "2/-" rating and matching "London, Fe 9, 60" transit cds on reverse, French Calais transit and reverse with French octagonal due assessment handstamp, straight line Swiss Charge handstamp and reverse with transit and receiving backstamps, Very Fine, the only on cover usage of the 1859 1sh Queen Victoria issue bearing the retouch & creased transfer issue on cover; with 2016 R.P.S.V. certificate.
