Volunteer" corner card and violet Navy Department penalty handstamp imprint at upper right, bold purple straight line "Passed by Censor 1400." handstamp, Very Fine, an extremely rare usage from the U.S.S. Volunteer on her only sailing to China. Estimate $500 - 750.
