Oceania" endorsement and additional "Suppltry" for supplementary mail, receiving backstamp, Very Fine, a very rare supplementary mail usage at the 2x2x5ct UPU rate, believed to have been handed in very late at the dock and cancelled on board by the American P.O. clerks.
