1960, 4¢ Water Conservation, brown orange omitted, right stamp on horizontal strip of three, this rare error was caused by a gummed sheet partially placed on top of the error sheet during the printing process (which is still attached and folded back to reveal to error), error stamp with small gum skip, o.g., never hinged, Very Fine, one of the most unusual and rarest color omitted errors.
