1852-57 3¢ Issue Stamp Balance, collection balance containing mostly #11 and #26 singles with many plated including #11/11A partial platings, some better varieties noted like major cracks 71L18 with late state of wide crack plus earlier state, #26 plated recutting study of triangle and rosettes, #25 position. 47R7 on cover and 48R7 plate cracks (cat $750 each), group of #26A varieties from plate 9 with some varieties; some mixed condition, F.-V.F., ex-Cellar.

United States Collection, 1857-1974, mint issues housed in two Minkus album; sparse in earlier 19th century but includes unused #20 and a few later banknote era issues, selection of Bureau definitives, Columbian and Trans-Miss issues complete, Pan-Ams complete, most 1902 defines to the 13¢, Louisiana & Jamestown issues complete, following 2¢ reds including Lincoln bluish, fair showing of Washington-Franklin issues including some coils, #461, #547, etc., Pan-Pac issues less #404, strong completion thereon with 1922-25 definitives to $5, White Plains souvenir sheet, Kans-Nebr complete, Airmails complete including C13-C15, Special Deliveries lacking only #E4, good showing of dues, Parcel Posts complete, Ducks complete for the period, etc.; condition varies mostly in early better issues, worth proper evaluation.

Plate Proof Collection, 1857-89, on album stockpages in Lighthouse album; mostly card proof singles including a run of 1861 issues, various Banknote issues, includes a few essay items with five 1861 Bowlsby coupon patent essays, various 1869 Pictorials including #112P3 block, small Banknote proofs, a set of the Official card proofs lacking only the Navy sets, with additional Treasury blocks on India, few non-philatelic items, etc.

United States Forgery Accumulation, various singles and sheets on stockpages; some scarce material including R.I. 10¢ Provisional forgery complete sheet of 100, 1857 90¢ regular issue forgery in a complete sheet of 60 (first sheet we have ever seen), Columbian issue complete with "IMITATION!" overprint and some other with small overprint, State Dept dollar value forgeries including $2 sheet, approximately 140 Newspaper forgeries including couple sheets, also a C.S.A. Dietz 10¢ essay sheet of 100 on glazed card; a very nice group.
