Canada, 1859, Prince Albert, 6d brown violet, light numeral in target cancel, attractively centered especially for this tight margin issue, strong distinctive brown violet color, small sealed tear at top right and tiny perf tear at bottom, Very Fine appearance, a lovely appearing used example of this extremely scarce stamp.

Canada, 1872, Small Queen, 6¢ yellow brown, diagonal bisect, upper right portion of stamp tied by neat target handstamp on cover to Sandwich, Ont., partial "Go(derich), Ont., Sep 13, 92" origin cds, reverse with Amherstburg transit and Sandwich receiving backstamps; cover a bit reduced at left, Very Fine, a lovely bisected example of the 6¢ Small Queen issue.
