Mexico, (British Post Offices Abroad) Paid at Tampico, Crown Circle bold red handstamp on 1854 folded letter to Veracruz, matching "Tampico Ju 1, 1854 cds" on reverse, "Santa Anna De Tamaulipas, Junio 1" cds and boxed date stamp (Schatzkes 1584 & 1585) with matching "1" rate handstamp on reverse for local delivery to the British Office, Very Fine; with 2004 M.E.P.S.I. certificate.
