ONE OF TEN UNIQUE HAND-PAINTED ESSAYS SUBMITTED FOR THE 1892 4½D JUBILEE ISSUE.

Ten hand-painted essays were submitted to De La Rue on February 1st, 1892 on card for the new 4½d value. They were lettered from A-J, making this the tenth of ten essays submitted.
