1857 3¢ Issue Accumulation, old time group of more than 250 mostly used stamps on black stock cards with both Scott #26 Type III and 26A Type IV, the lot featuring specialist varieties including many reliefs identified by the collector, a great variety of cancels such as towns, date, year date, paid, grids, blue cancels etc., some on piece with a strip of three tied with a 1¢ (Scott #24) etc., #26 has two mint o.g., five no gum, 185 used singles, seven pairs, a strip of three, a block of three and strip of four, #26A has one no gum single, 35 used singles and a strip of four, condition varies, wonderful lot for the classic specialist, owner's Scott $9K+, generally fine to very fine.

New York Foreign Mail Fancy Cancels, an amazing and valuable accumulation of New York Foreign Mail Geometric cancels neatly arranged on stock sheets, over 125 stamps incl. red cancels and three covers, nice variety with impressive numbers of better stamps such as 7¢ (24), 12¢ (9), 15¢ (3), 24¢ (8) and 90¢, noted is a 15¢ with a Shield, overall the cancels are more complete than not with many about as complete as can fit on a single stamp, a very desirable lot and the basis for an excellent foundation collection.

United States Accumulation, mint, used, 1850's-1930's, voluminous, albeit messy collector's accumulation of mostly used and some mint contained in five stockbooks, plus loose pages and many thousands in envelopes, 1920's-1930's used in quantity useful for cancellation and variety hunting; main value here is in $5-$200 range items, rather mixed condition and modest duplication with to $100 or more each, includes possessions and back-of-the-book with some ducks; while there is much mixed condition throughout (more in the 19th century, not counting the envelopes), cat value well exceeds $100,000.
