Philippines, Victory Issue Collection, 1944-48, specialized collection of mostly covers, cards and used including many multiples and on piece items, all identified and written-up on quadrille pages in two binders; sections include 1944-45 U.S. Navy and Army covers, the 1945 Victory overprint issue showing various used with an array of cancellations and some on cover usages, Official Mail Handstamped "O.B." with a wide variety of overprint types, multiples and several covers, other usages including registered, dues, events including mint Victory Expo overprint stamps (in red and black), etc.; a nice collection for the specialist.
