Cook Islands, 1892, First Issue, 1d to 10d complete, tied by purple barred Rarotonga oval handstamps on registered cover to W.A. Cooper in the Foreign Mail Dept. at the post office in San Francisco, Cal., matching "Rarotonga, Ja 1, 93" cds and circular Government of the Cook Islands cachet handstamp, New Zealand transit and receiving backstamps; 1½d with some lightly toned perfs, Very Fine. Scott No. 5-8.

Dominica, 1882, Queen Victoria, ½d on 1d lilac, block of 8, pair and two singles, all tied by barred "A07" oval handstamps on registered cover to Leytonstone, England, with blue "Registered" straight line handstamp additionally tying block and single and blue crayon tying others, "R" in oval handstamp and "Dominica, Mr 12, 83" cds on reverse, red "Registered, London, 31 Mr, 83" oval date stamp and receiving backstamp; couple small tone spots affecting stamps in top of block, Very Fine, a very scarce multiple usage. Scott No. 12.

Dominica, Collection, 1874-89, parallel mint and used collection neatly mounted on early quadrille pages; mint includes complete QV issues (lacking 1886 surcharge rarity) including bisected surcharge pairs and 1d on 1sh surcharge varieties, nice showing of used including bisected surcharge singles and pairs on piece, also a selection of revenue issues used as postage; with overall condition a bit above the norm.
