Fiji, 1872, Crown & "CR", 6¢ on 3d yellow green, in combination with 1872, Crown & "CR", 12¢ on 6d carmine rose (15) on cover front to Lanark, Scotland, tied by manuscript "Suva, 10/9/73" postmark and "G.P.O., Levuka, Fiji, Oc 17, 1873" cds with second strike at left, forwarded to London with G.B. 1864, 1d rose red (43) tied by "Lanark, Ja 26, 74" cds and barred numeral duplex; front with small nick and tear at upper right, otherwise Very Fine, an attractive and rare early combination usage from Suva to Scotland. Scott No. 19+20.
