1867, 3¢ rose, A. grill, virtually full, fresh o.g. (minor gum loss in top corners), strong bright vibrant color on fresh paper, strong grill with nice perforations around free and from the small flaws often associated with this difficult issue, F.-V.F. for the issue; with 1960 P.F. certificate.
