1909, 5¢ blue, D.L. watermark, horizontal coil, guide line pair, in combination with 1909, 5¢ blue, vertical coil + 1912, 1¢ green, two singles (351+405) on reverse of registered parcel envelope tag addressed to Eugene Klein in Philadelphia, Pa., all tied by boxed "Degraff, Ohio" handstamps with red "Degraff, Ohio, Registered, Oct 19, 1912" cds alongside, front with "Postage Stamps-printed matter" typed endorsement and straight line "Return Receipt Demanded" handstamp, includes the attaching wire; 351 small tear at bottom, Very Fine, a most unusual usage and likely unique.
