Sep 3, 1864" cds on blue folded cover to London, England, endorsed "Via Panama" at lower left, red "N. York, Br. Pkt. '38' Sep" credit exchange cds, red London Pair arrival cds; right 10¢ minor corner crease, horizontal file fold away from stamps, still a Very Fine and attractive four-color 1861-issue franking at double the 24¢ rate to Great Britain; with 2020 P.F. certificate.
