Laws" framed handstamp, used with 3¢ dull red (11), margins to in, tied by "New-York Feb 14" cds on cover to Silver Spring Md.; opening tear at top, light crease just affects 3¢, otherwise Very Fine and scarce combination use, ex-Golden.
