Cleveland, Ohio, Bishop's City Post, 1854, blue, no gum, fresh color with three good margins, barely in at top, small diagonal crease and small repaired tear, Very Fine appearance. An attractive example of this rare Carrier.; with 2002 P.F. certificate.
