Hawaii, Official, 1896, 10¢ bright rose, tied by "Honolulu H.I. Aug. 3, 1898" duplex on double-rate YMCA corner card cover to Hall, Iowa and readdressed; opened bit roughly at left with small lower corner mend, Fine and scarce use, ex-Advertiser.

Cover was mailed only a few days before the Official Stamps were withdrawn from use (Annexation Day, Aug. 12, 1898).
