1893, Columbians complete, large die proofs, die sunk on card, presentation album, printed directly on cards (220x143mm), matched set each with A.B.N.Co. imprint below, bound into black leather gold-stamped presentation album, entitled "First Impressions Columbian Stamps U.S.A.", some minor edge toning at top of the first 1¢ card, couple cards showing small natural paper inclusion's all well away from design, album with some internal bind splitting, otherwise Very Fine.

AN EXTREMELY RARE PRESENTATION ALBUM OF THE COLUMBIAN LARGE DIE PROOFS ON CARD.

The Columbian large dies mostly come as hybrids with only a select few sets on India die sunk on card or directly on card as offered here. This presentation album may be the only surviving intact.
